Creative Art Solutions was established in 1996 in North East Los Angeles by artist John Zender Estrada. Painting business store-front signs and small murals, it soon began moving into larger Murals for Schools, Community events and Festivals (receiving over 50 awards and Certificates of recognition). Later Graffiti style productions were produced for Movies, Set designs and music videos.

Later Graffiti style productions were produced for Movies, Set designs and music videos.   C.A.S. has gained a reputation for outstanding murals for numerous non-profit organizations including: Homeboy Ind., Bienvenidos Children's Center Inc, AADAP Inc, Beyond the Streets, Impacto, Healthy Start, Los Angeles Conservation Corps, Americorps, St. Francis Medical Center, Cesar Chavez Foundation and many others.

It has been a major part in the production of murals for the Los Angeles Unified School District, County Rec and Parks, City of Los Angeles Council Districts, Mayor's Office and other state and federal projects.  It has also produced many murals and special projects for private corporations including: Dodge, Brizz Production, LATV, Capistrano Films, Micah media Group, Fulcrum Learning Systems, KLCS, Van Nuys Airport and many others.

ART & GRAPHICS: Creative Art Solutions also produces graphic design concepts and illustrations specializing in urban style graphic design for flyers and special events, Logo Development services for album covers, producing graphics and Illustrations,  Clients include: Miller Lite, Headz Up FM, Hulaolea, FlatBlack Clothing, Music and Strength and many others..

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS: Since Creative Art Solution‘s early formation it has included arts workshops and art projects for all its murals, thus developing a successful track record in experience with youth.  John Zender is also a Certified At Risk Intervention worker (Cal State LA).  C.A.S. has designed and implements a specialized urban arts curriculum (Graffiti Intervention Prevention) that began as a pilot after school program in 2001 titled Arts and Literacy (artsandliteracy.org). Creating successful urban arts curriculums for: The City of Wilmington (Wilmington Empowerment Project). The El Monte School District (project L.E.A.R.N. in four high schools). The City of Inglewood (South Bay Center for Counseling). The City of Hollywood (At the Park after Dark) and is still running a successful program for VIP Santana House in Lincoln Heights.
